Continuous Passive Motion Equipment

Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) therapy involves the use of specialized equipment that helps to move your joints gently and continuously in a controlled manner. This therapy is often used after surgery or injury to the joints, such as the knee or hip, to promote healing, prevent stiffness and swelling, and improve range of motion. The CPM equipment consists of a motorized device that moves a platform, which in turn moves the joint in a circular motion. The device is adjustable to accommodate different body types and movement requirements. Patients can use the equipment while lying down, and it can be used on various parts of the body, such as the knee, hip, ankle, elbow, and shoulder. One of the benefits of using CPM equipment is that it allows for passive movement of the joint without requiring the patient to actively participate. This is especially useful for patients who may have limited mobility due to pain or weakness. Additionally, the continuous motion of the joint helps to reduce pain and inflammation, which can speed up the healing process. HMS gladly presents 2 Continuous Passive Motion Equipment/Machine for physiotherapy – KNEEFLEX and KNEEFLEX Es which are advanced, high quality, durable, and trendsetting therapy machines for Lower Limb exercises.
